This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and SalesEnforce LLC regarding your use of our web-based software solution (“Software”) accessed via salesenforce.net or managed via salesenforcement.biz.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software for your internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:
– Distribute, sublicense, lease, or sell the Software.
– Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
– Use the Software in any unlawful or harmful way.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with SalesEnforce LLC. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

4. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete any copies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SalesEnforce LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Software.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
